 This program is specifically designed for emerging leaders transitioning from highly specialized, technical roles, such as nursing, medicine or IT, into formal leadership or hybrid leadership positions. It addresses the unique challenges faced by individuals accustomed to problem-solving within a defined technical framework who now need to cultivate broader leadership competencies. While we have all heard the phrase “natural leader”, we believe that leadership is a set of skills that can be developed in most people.  The curriculum focuses on equipping these new leaders with essential skills in team management, strategic communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making, moving beyond technical proficiency. The objective is to foster a smooth and successful transition, ensuring these individuals can effectively guide and inspire teams while contributing to organizational goals at a higher strategic level.
